Trading in November was as always. Although the US presidential election took place, I did not notice any major anomalies in the currency market, so I traded as always, following the guidelines of my strategy.

My priority is a small drawdown. According to statistics (in MQL5), the drawdown in the last 9 months does not exceed 2%. Profits for the same period averaged around 4% per month. That’s not bad, as my goal is to earn an average of 3% to 5% per month. However, in November, my trading was not very profitable.

In a long trading distance, negative months are inevitable, but it is very important to manage risk and not give in to emotions. The goal remains – long-term growth of the profit curve. So this month’s profit is small, but we are in the plus, which is not bad.

At the beginning of December, we experienced quite a few minus positions. Due to the sudden trend rise of the EURUSD pair, the counter-trend trading did not work out (once in a while I am using such a trading strategy technique).

On the other hand, the last two months have distinguished plenty of misleading trading signals. As known, the market tends to change the characteristics of its movement, therefore it is necessary to adapt to the market’s changes as well as conditions all the time, and continue trading.

Minus position bands are inevitable, however, as I mentioned before, it is very important to control the risk. Because inevitably there will be plus bands as well. Therefore we will continue to trade according to the planned strategy.

I hope that the year 2021 will be more profitable than the year 2020 and I wish you the best outcome from your investments.

Unfortunately, more tangible profit results were not achieved in January. This month’s trading was not easy, it went into a bigger drawdown several times, but at the end of the month, the minuses were mitigated.

Trading takes place and is analyzed in real-time, so sometimes some positions may be closed earlier, some may be reopened again, and so on. Synchronous market analysis is in progress. I regulate risk and Money Management by the number of positions.

In my trading, I usually use a 1:1 Stop-loss to Take-Profit ratio. Recently, however, as you have noticed, Take-Profit has fallen sharply in terms of Stop-loss. This is due to market conditions. However, if market conditions are favorable, the target remains a 1:1 ratio.

There have been no anomalies in trade statistics, and we continue to move steadily forward by continuing to trade with the determined guidelines.

Well, this month we managed to improve slightly the result of the last three months. Profits may not be relatively high, but we are moving forward. Our curve rises.

In February, it was practically necessary to use only the scalping system. While I don’t see myself as a supporter of scalping trading, sometimes the market itself adjusts it. The goal remains – trading intraday with higher Take-profit goals.
As I mentioned, I trade based solely on my analytics and how I see the market myself.

The market is always full of opportunities, but it is important to interpret it correctly. This is not an easy task, but it is possible.

I will make the following observation, that manual trading has a great advantage, because time is of great value in manual trading. In the flow of time it is constantly improving and constantly adapting to market changes.

Hello dear investors.

I will note that for me March was one of the most difficult months for trading in recent time. This month was difficult psychologically. I use a discretionary trading method. Discretionary trading is decision-based trading, that is, when a trader decides which trades to make based on current market conditions. It is especially difficult to make decisions when currency pairs begin to "contradict" each other.

Admittedly, March ended with a minus result. However, taking the general curve of the results, we see that there were no anomalies. Everything happens within the framework of the strategy, there are no violations in risk management.

So all of us (who are following my trading strategy) I wish you patience, perseverance and better results in the coming months. We will continue to move forward and our curve will inevitably rise.
