Could probably trade your hour bar with the EA as well Claudia. Would work nicely to catch big spikes with the trailing stop feature. Just a thought.

Cable, and we have lots of inside, outside bars on the 2 and 4 hour.
Lots of uncertainty,
Lets hope we can get through the weekend without anything major happening, then trade Monday morning.

It's a good thought - already running it on the demo looking for a risk/reward of 1:3. Run it 8 hours a day average + 5 an hour I'd be be very happy.

Hi all,
00-00 4 hour bar break.
Cable broke high and kept going, I left it.
e/u broke low, i was looking for 8 and managed 4, then reverse up to break High, i went to minus -17 but all is fixed, plus extra.

Cable 08-00 15 minute bar break, My main trade was good, high broke for +5%, Thats it folks.
Trade well all.

Quiet here today

Saw price bouncing between M30 SD zones when I logged in this morning so took a wee 2 pip scalp off Kijun, then price poked its nose into M30 supply for a minute. That M1 candle had a nice top wick so I took the break of the first bearish M1 candle south, and it went on to bag my 20 on its way down to the M30 demand zone

Another 10 out of GU, drop out of M5 supply, below Kijun and sold after break of low on M1. That'll cover a small loss I took on dax a few mins ago

Woo-Hoo! We're back! Well, I am - probably 'coz I have no life - you lot are nowhere to be seen. Guess it'll be the Billy Bar session before anyone gets on.

Hope all had a good day. +25 off four trades for me. One was flat, so that's off three, I suppose. Got bored early.

However, looking at it another way, it was a bit of a relaxed day, so all good.

See y'all tomorrow - though later in the day for me, US Session.

Good morning all, my first post here.

Thank you for all the valuable (and so much!) of information here. I am trying to read and understand as much as possible.

So... I traded the GU 8:15 candle yesterday.

See pic 1:
Sell activated on 1st red arrow but failed for 5%. next candle rubbish. Next red arrow shows break of previous candle high so went in and recovered with profit.

See pic 2:
this is a question. is the 8:15 candle a hard rule? you can see serious momentum in the candle (red arrow) and breaking previous 3 candle high. I went in early on the break and bagged my 5%

Pic 3:
shows clear 5 pip gain so easy peasy.

Am I making sense?
