That’s really true; maximum new traders start their trading journey with a wrong plan; they are seeking money without knowing Forex! That’s very common.

definitely possible or not , its really difficult to say , because monthly return completely depends on your trading strategy and which money management you have . and the main issue is , our strategy not works for all time . so i don't agree about the word definitely.

My monthly return also 5-10%. But I am trying make 10% continuously. It is become more tough in current market due to coronavirus.

If you want to make money from this market, you need to make a good plan. Without a plan, you can not survive in this market.

A target of 10% per month is good. However, you have to manage the proper risk.

10% per month would be excellent ... and tbh its a nice figure to aim for..

I go with 2-5% target anything above is a bonus

Excellent plan. But it is very difficult to maintain the consistency in making profit. You have to make a good and strong plan to get that profit.

Wouldn't the term "professional trader" mean someone who is trading full time? Trading is their job and a lot of people are bad at what they do. "Successful trader" would mean someone who is a profitable trader even if they don't trade full time.

Professional trader is a person, I think, who fully supports themselves through trading. Trading is their main source of income.
