There is a book out on the web there entitled

Building Trading Bots Using Java by Shekhar Varshney

All based on the earlier Java version of Oanda API 1.3

Very good reference to building a working model in the latest V20

A very bright developer would take that work, upgrade to the latest V20 API ... not a big deal

and then you have a JS or Java platform that really flies
