What were you trading? What lot size? Do you have screen shot? What was TP and what was exact time.
I trade with IC and sometimes feed freezes. You need to do "rescan servers" and it connects right away to another server.

Don't you know that first 5 minutes after open on Monday market on IC is closed? You can not change TP/SL, you can not close or open trades, even if trade hit TP or SL it will not be executed. You suppose to know this things. This is called poorly done research.

About platform freezes, it can happen with every broker that MT4 looses connection to a server. I payed a programmer to make an indicator with alert if price does not move for certain amount of seconds. If this happens you just "rescan servers" and MT4 will reconnect in 3 seconds.

Unfortunately, you cannot continue trading under IC Markets AU (ASIC) due to regulatory reasons. As per the agreement notice, your existing profile will be terminated effective from 14th of September 2020.

I guess is because ASIC regulations are changing and they cannot provide service for overseas customers.
I got that message 2 years ago but it was withdrawn.
Now I'm waiting to get it again in the coming days like everybody else

Hello. Could anyone tell me if ICMarkets trading accounts registered under the Australian entity will be caught by CRS rulings. As far as i know Australia has agreed to exchange foreign tax resident account information with other countries.

But I also heard that OTC derivatives trading in Australia will be unscathed by this, so i wonder what the state of affairs is in this matter.

If you are asking if your tax office has access to your accounts (account numbers) then answer is yes. Last year Axi sent a sort of tax report to my tax office, but something went wrong and numbers they sent for 2 accounts were not corect and also specification was wrong. Axi claimed that I got dividends by trading. It took me a while to explain that this is impossible as this is CFD and you do not trade/own stocks with CFD broker and so you do not get dividends. But what I realized was that lady in tax department had a list of ALL my FX accounts from ALL past brokers, from UK, Cyprus, Australia. I do not know if they can see the amount of money on them and for sure they can not see trades, but they know for accounts.

Thanks for your answer, yes that’s what I thought. I think account balances will be tracked too otherwise why would they want to know about it. In case they would start asking questions about your funds/income there it would be otherwise of no point then just knowing the fact you have such account it not.
