Short @1.17139 SL: 1.179 TP: open

If today closes below 1.17340 I take it as a confirmation of bearish trend starting on weekly and monthly charts. I plan to keep it open till end of the month. First time trying a long term trade. Let’s see how it goes

In the long run it's not healthy for an account due to the uncertainty that a wkend brings - which brings trading closer to gambling . But if anyone can demonstrate making bucks consistently then that would be the exception.

Someone seems to have had the agenda of not letting the dollar break out on Friday, so they had to buy the 3 breaks of 1.1705 with ever fading results
Price naturally wants to go lower

H1 Status Update

Price was so hesitant on this NFP Friday (as anticipated) that I had to come up with this idea.. I think bulls are still not done yet..

  1. Potential Bearish Gartley: Price might shoot up again to complete the D leg of a potential Gartley. Target area would be roughly 1.1755.. Once price arrives there and if Gartley plays out we should then see a drop back towards my GREEN line, roughly at 1.1715/20 area.

I found this value as well, Would cross "my" trend channel D1, played support/resistance in the past... we never know to anything to 100%, but anyway an interesting value for Monday.

On friday probably there were extraordinary levels of sell orders coming in which banks would have been buying and they kept coming.
Over the wkend bank ( who can see sl/tp) will pick a direction- price might start with a big gap on sunday opening.

The observation that my indicators didn't get scrambled by price on friday might mean a clean trend out when markets open.

A 4hr close below 1.1742 after it reaches the 1.1755, has the best probability in confirmation. But it might not, if a gap below 1.17.

Let's see how it goes after LO.
