Marking 1.1738 revising to 1.1741 as nearest resistance on H1.. If H1 candles close back above it no more selling for me until further notice..

question please , is the correlation bet gold and eurusd prices the same and we can depend on it ? if gold going down eurusd down also or it is wrong and can not depend on it? same with oil and usdcad? thanks

No correlation between any pair is constant.. They shift and vary.. Here on this thread we stick to EURUSD only.. Thanks!

*The only exception here is US Index since it is "almost" a constant mirror image of EURUSD!

From my understanding, Gold goes up if there's sentiment across all pairs but the closest correlation to EURUSD is USDIndex.

If USDIndex is going up, it means dollar is strong hence EURUSD goes down and vice versa. If you can read the candle patterns of USIndex, you'd be able to know where EURUSD is heading except for NEWS time, things could go haywire!

Based on H1, I am marking 1.1742 as temporary support.. No selling while candles are closely above..

If this 4hr closes above 1.1851, then we might see the zone i mentioned earlier 1.1765 - 1.1790. I'd wait and sell as high as i can.

Edit: If this current 1hr closes below 1.1736, then sell the nearest retracement. Dont wait. It wont go above 1.1760

There was a push on the channel, price is going to challenge it again.
By price marking time the channel's low end slips ever lower - currently at 1.1687

From the look of things happening with UK, there's possibility the Euro will be weak again. The bulls might break above strong support at 1.1781.

After such break, it's going to be a bullish movement probably to 1.1850 (4hr consolidation).

I would had guessed that it was invented during my time at Bloomberg, but it seems it already existed in April, 2013. I started only in July, 2014.
