Market is currently ranging, creating HH and HL. Same thing it did on the 9th of Sept 2020, pay attention to 1.1818 up to 1.1850. FRESH AREA for liquidity.

Daily S/R Levels for Friday

As long as intraday candles open below 1.1856 bears have the upper hand and therefore I am planning to keep selling upswings.. Bears also have to break 1.1751 for real bear power!

An H1 candle close above 1.1867 would cancel my bearish bias!

I was right, i knew once the candle closes above the 1.1820, we are heading for the candles to fill the wick.
Seems the market is heading for 1.1860, once it gets there or more, a reversal is coming and it's back to consolidation area 1.1808

I think it's still bearish

H4 Status Update

As an addition to my daily S/R levels I wanted to add a little more precise S/R areas based on H4 chart:

1. First notice my GREEN line (hence I drew an additional green zone next to it) to show that market is actually flat. Unfortunately this creates a choppy phase!
2. 1.1853/63 is the nearest and highly crucial resistance area for bulls! If bulls really want continuation they also have to break above 1.1876.
3. Bears must quickly achieve a bounce from 1.1853/63 area because if they waste too much time at these levels they will feed bulls with hope and motivation.
4. But even if bears push price down they still have to achieve a candle close below my Dashed-BLUE trendline roughly intersecting around 1.1796 for the next 4 to 8 hours to keep the downtrend in tact.
5. Overall it is a choppy phase and it provided better chances for swing traders so far but that can change very soon.. Time will tell!

A 4hr close below 1.1830 - 1.1840 after the LO, is a good sign to go short but no 4hrs closes above 1.1853.
Watch the channel fellows. As long as it goes inside bears will hold their upper hand.

The strong resistance sits @1.1919.

This is the last hr of this 4hr. If this one closes below 1.1845, then I'll look for shorts with high as 1.1865.

This was a stronger than expected bounce off the neckline (80%) with an extension fill.

Downside exhaustion now got turned into an upside exhaustion - possibly making a downward channel?

A consolidation up here would allow for a beat on the upside, the same time the 4H energy is begging for a break to the downside.

1.1818 is a likely touch point in the near future.

The new consolidation numbers would not suggest taking out the low...

I got a feeling that today's drop would be epic, I could be wrong though, but in think this week needs to close bearish for a bearish continuation. My target for today is 1.17000

I think it is going to circle around and settle around 1.1820.

Short would be risky.

Buy @ low will be good it seems.
