After a long weekend it seems likely new york will do a wider than usual range, the only question is has it already satisfied that it's tested the real support, if so, it will go and find the real resistance. It's time for NY traders to flex their muscles.

1.1776 was an extension fill - but price has not been able to get back into the upper reversal zone so far (85%)

Today(Wednesday) determines the future of Eurusd, if we get a bullish close today, uptrend continues or else down trendline has really started, although I still favour bulls with a target 1.27800. I have a buy limit at 1.17420( my weekly support 1) I think the bounce would start from there

I have also been eyeing a possible long entry there, but support in the 1.1750s is holding well.

Based on H1 I am marking 1.1777 as potential support.. Closed my sell orders here and will stay on sidelines for a while..

Please find my Fibo understandings

1.1801 mark is important and its not letting it go as per yearly fibo.

Please see Weekly Fibo current and previous also - specially previous week, how each acted as a support and resistance.
note the yesterdays bounce back at 78.6 weekly fibo levels

Please add some important inputs if i would be missing

Okay.. we know that Powell wants a weaker dollar.. The big fat question is: Why is Frankfurt opening (i.e. German banks) helping him? Hilarious that this drop happens right after Frankfurt opening.. Food for thoughts..

Tomorrow there is ECB Press conference.

So Volatility is surely expected. Also July month candle has gained so many pips that no candle has gained in 2 years.
so profit booking is also expected.

There is always Volatility after Frankfurt and London Opening but the great part is that
the range is between 0 to 8 hours of the session Asian one.

When Frankfurt session ADR was 10+ and now ADR is little less then -10

The pattern of the last days looks like mid April and mid June. I think it is due to the fact that the market is waiting for the ECB meeting on Thursday and while waiting many highly leveraged longs with tight stop losses get executed before the market goes back to 1.18 at some random point to continue the waiting. I suspect this because in earlier times, when I used to have tight stop losses, I was nearly always executed during the waiting period for some event, even if my direction would eventually have been right.
Another day, another dollar.

Many times it is seen that Traders/Banks/Hedge Funds etc

Sell at Frankfurt open and then the same gets recovered in London open as today.

its something like keeping the market at the same levels or bluffing or whatsoever.

but its all between the first 0-8 hours of the day The Asian Box 0-8

For now I am still waiting on sidelines.. With current picture, I like to see if H1 candles can close above 1.1768 or not.. If yes I might try long scalpers..

From monday till today its creating LH-LL

giving a false pin bar @ 23.6 fibo ratio at frankfurt london session and

taking it to next lower low but till now already it is down

255 pips approx from last high and has reached at

78.6 levels of the weekly 4 hour fibo

so its better to be sidelines now and wait and watch
