Nice thread. I am a new trader, basically a beginner. Most important thing i learned so far is to ask your self how much can i afford to lose on a trade versus how much i will make.

There are some people that buy old car once they start to drive first time. Because there is no problem to crash it. This is very very very bad. You ready to crash it. But this is wrong. You must think that you will never get into the car accident and that you will be great driver.

The same here. You start to trade with an idea to lose. You program yourself to lose. You mind doesn't care about "no/not", it just don't understand it. I'll win and I'll not lose for your mind is I'll win and I'll lose.

I thank you for your kind words...and truthfully I was not going to respond I wanted to say, publicly, that I appreciate those who found value in what i've presented...not just here but in all my threads. It takes (took) a great deal of time and preparation to present the information in a cogent and easy to understand way. And normally many traders (like myself) are unwilling to do it just because they like to...many charge large sums of money.

I've been thinking about this, and I have decided that I will be, as I always have been, happy to respond to individuals via PM and we can exchange emails. One or two have already done this. Again, I am NOT asking for money to speak with other like minded individuals. And if you truly want to continue a particular conversation I have started...you have it available to contact me.

I am no longer interested in posting on a public forum, there are too many "immature geniuses" out there that think it their God given responsability to "protect" the largely uninformed from my subversive truth. So I will no longer expose myself to their pedantic and moronic criticism. If you (or anyone reading this) truly want to correspond...you know how to find me.

I have made no secret of the fact that I am NO GURU. I'm a regular person who uses the market to pay his bills. That's it. I'm not rich, I'm not prestigious, no one important has ever heard of me. I'm just one of those anonymous people that realized the truth about trading, and that truth is this: Markets are made up of people acting on their own best interests. These people MUST interact with the market the same way we do, by placing orders. This "flow" of orders causes prices to move. THAT's IT...anything else is BS!!

{quote} You beat me to the punch!! That was going to be in the final portion of my presentation here...once you have employed all the steps I intend to lay out here, you can continue with them and create a virtuous cycle that leads to better and better outcomes. In addition if something is wrong you will be able to go back and pin point the issue, and correct or modify any behavior that is causing the undesirable outcomes.
