Indicator is v. 1.15 which was released on July 14th, 2020.
Button is version 1.01.

Please use this new button version. It's faster.
The old version took about 1 minute to turn on and off.

Attached is a pdf to show you how to use it.

To Reduce CPU and RAM usage -- MT4 > Tools > Options > Chart --->> Decrease "max bars in history" and "max bars in chart" (My setting is 5000)

Renko with on/off button

Sometime this Renko indicator looks like support and resistance zones.
And sometime it looks like a London breakout strategy.

Check it out.
The Renko indicator works fine for Forex pairs. But for indices, you might have to adjust the size of the Renko.

it uses a lot of graphic pixels.
Eventually, it will suck all of CPU and RAM.
The only way I can think of is:

Because of COVID-19, I'm taking a vacation for about 3 years.
The last Spanish flu lasted for about 3 years.

Anyway you compare the original source code with the button code and you make a template to copy and paste.
