I agree. DAX weekly chart makes a very compelling case for strong USD this week. I will try to get out of my $US shorts with minimal pain during Asia session tomorrow. Unfortunately will have to work during Europe and NY sessions. I'm still within my risk management parameters, will see what Asia brings.
Nu Daily close on Friday with Big engulfing bear candle which has left it on a critical neckline.

DAX Weekly finished with a Long legged Doji type candlestick. It is a common type candle in the DAX weekly charts. You can see where I've placed arrows under similar candles, it is consistently followed by at least short term rises. But, in the second chart, a 4 H chart, there is an harami candle followed by a confirming bear candle, indicating a run down to follow. Third chart, one hour, pennant has formed which is probably bullish. Just putting them out here so everyone can see and maybe it helps you. I prefer the 4H Harami personally, but only...
I have it testing R on usdx and missing so far. Not saying bulls wont win this coming week. It should be monitored. But as it stands, usd bulls failed to break 4h R. Just as eu bears have. I will post a few charts. This one is a day

One can see a gap the third July week (arrow). One like that over 4h, today could bring bulls.

Look at the bear engulfed of the past close level. 93.53 is the R. Friday we got a bull engulfed, pa went above 93.53 but was unable to close above. 93.53 closing is good for bulls, but looking a little higher one can see the same type of rejection at 93.75.. I will show in next chart. Friday was bullish but into a close rejection at R. I'm not saying 93.53 wont break or 93.75. But atm the 4h hasn't broke yet either.

93.75 and 92.78 is the inside range, Until a break and day close above or below. Atm that range has shrunk to 93.51/92.78 close range. the bulls so far were unable to take out the lowest rung in the day ladder.

Bulls cant be held down forever, they are trying. But the Friday close below 93.51 is not the best sign. Just like eu unable to hold 1761.

From day we look at week next.

The week closed red.. if you can manage a green usdx week.. the eu week should be red. Then we can talk about week usd R. 95.7x/96..

First things first. I'm way over my skis. 4h hasn't given up the booty. At least yet.

so 4h wise using candle S/r you need a 4h close + 93.86, and a 1h close above 94. Day +93.75..

The day may come first followed by the smaller.. or if the smaller come first, be sure the day follows.. if not, its likely a reject. If the larger closes cant follow through. Friday was unable to follow through.

If the larger tf closes above the smaller its stronger for bulls. For instance a week close above a day level.


Yes its a possible db. lots of them on the way down at stalls. They all failed so far.

The water supply had to have some organics in it to eat the chlorine. W/o a disinfectant in the water. All hell breaks loose. I bet some buildings have a light source like pvc piping to allow the organics to grow.

Currently EU and EJ still have mix singals.. once H4 reverses the trend, that will be easier for bears...
