Daily and H4 Comparison

For today 1.1755 area is upmost importance...

1. On Daily chart candles are still above steep TL and this gives bulls the upper hand!
2. On H4 the breakout has already occurred but there is not much bear pressure coming yet.. For this timeframe (with leading daily chart in mind) I have 3 scenarios:

1. We might see a retest attempt to previous highs first before it retests support area for a 2nd time..
2. We might see a direct bearish breakout..
3. We might see a retest attempt to previous highs followed by a bearish breakout..
4. One last scenario is of course none of the above and continuation of bull trend..

Let's see what time will tell.. Again: bulls still have the upper hand based on DAILY but bears are sort of gaining some power based on H4 (notice the macd divergence also).

If this current 1hr closes below 1.1752, it's a good sign to go short.

Many things are to be SPECIALLY NOTED.

The trend and the direction of EurUsd is North from many sessions

it started from a low of 1.0638 on 20th March to 1.1750 round about today

which means approx 18 weeks 3 days March-April-May-June-July end Approx 1100 pips

out of which 500 pips are of July month only.

The Pandemic situation is still not over and the data of each country is very much negative
to which Christine Lagarde and Jay powell has already commented that the data will be negative till end of this year.

After looking to all the the circumstances i fail to understand the leaps and jumps of the currencies when it
comes to fundamental and technical analysis.

So it is Truly said that Trend is the Friend and always follow the trend.

Please add some inputs if it comes to your mind after reading this.

Also please look at the result of my July Month Fibo which i posted in starting of july month and Manual Fibos do not repaint

Obviously, the US is a mess right now.....hence the reason for selling dollars
Sold after the FOMC as the expectation was a very dovish Fed.....
They are rotating elsewhere but........they still have a lot to do

Bought @ 1.1732, SL @ 1.1712

How I am seeing it is

1. Bounces back up from 1.173-172 to test the high of the day at least.

2. Tests 1.172-1.171, jumps to 1.177-1.178 and then back down, forming H&S and continuing with the bears for the next week maybe due to the weekly/monthly resistance up here.

3. And of course, bounces back up from 1.173-1.172 and continues the wave with the Bulls, probably breaks through the roof.

[Update 1: After 25 pips in, some lots closed for TP, rest @ BE now]

[Update 2: Closed more @ 60 pips in at around 1.1794, one position still open @ BE now]

[Update 3: 100 pips in, and currently sitting above the 61.8 @ 1.18145 (last wave on monthly TF high[5 mar 2018] to low [16 mar 2020] Fib. Let's see, looking forward to see where the week and month is closed]

I feel now ... that the FED make strong intervension for their currency .... and that is normal for now and the market should appreciate it ...and the market should appreciate it, The FED will risk all its capabilities for the purposes of economic growth, as Powell said

Sorry, but your statement is a little bit cryptic to me. You mean the FED wants a weaker USD? And you mean the market should appreciate this by shorting the USD?

NOICE OMG who caught that upswing? I reckon now it will go to 1.15 - pure speculation, it's too early to analyse this move.

Just pay attention to current hourly candle.

Seemed to be technical, there was no relevant news after the US numbers. EDIT: Now I read that Trump wants to delay US elections, not sure if this was "new" news, but it seemed to be spread around the time of the spike.

Above DP @ 1.17691.Will target DR1 @ 1.18270 or once used index hits 93.195 level.
