Powell explicitely said that the current policy stance is fine, i.e. no hints about any additional forward guidance, hence EURUSD drops like a stone. If he does not add anything particular dovish in the remaining Q&A this might herald the start of a correction.

Hmmm, looks like this EUR/USD thing won't go down easily...

However, he talks a lot about inequality which increases the impression that the FED wants to base its forward guidance on the unemployment rate. And this would mean low rates for a very very long time, although it is not an explicit forward guidance (yet).

But rate not going up either.

Daily S/R Levels

Below are the important levels until end of this week! 1.1824 is my ultimate resistance! From here trend will probably slow down and it is likely that price will move in a sideways fashion.. Yellow triangle (my nearest bird's nest) is waiting to get tested! (roughly a support zone between 1.1574 to 1.1687)

*I neither want to close my long nor sell yet.. I first prefer to see a daily candle sliding out or breaking out from the steep black trendline! No such thing yet! No rush!

I think better to retracement EU to 1.1705/1.1641 , after FED talk to using all tools to save their economy .... I see that they are seriously .... I am worried that if the market does not appreciate it, there will be a intervention which is overwhelming from the fed ... and in tf h1 .. I see market will be make climatic action after buying climax

It's unlikely. I think it has started to retrace.

1hr closing below 1.1760 the more downside up to 1.1723.

How I am seeing it is

1. Bounces back up from 1.173-172 to test the high of the day at least.

2. Tests 1.172-1.171, jumps to 1.177-1.178 and then back down, forming H&S and continuing with the bears for the next week maybe due to the weekly/monthly resistance up here.

3. And of course, bounces back up from 1.173-1.172 and continues the wave with the Bulls, probably breaks through the roof.

[Update 1: After 25 pips in, some lots closed for TP, rest @ BE now]
