Anyone using Astrology, Numerology or Divination methods for Forex?
Stumbled on this threat, and saw this comment:
Actually, I once saw a psychic woman who did just that, interviewed on a TV show! She used a pendulum to find the 7 winning numbers in a lootery... errr... lottery. Granted, when asked to pull it off a second time, she failed pretty miserably. But she excused herself by saying that with a couple of shining millions on her bank account, she kinda felt "less motivated" to do it again... Who can blame her 
ESP is a proven fact, for those who know how to interprete research data into it, and shift the relevant data from the less relevant. This woman probably pulled off a great ESP stunt.
ESP, "intuition", divination, astrology, or geometry... if it works, then use it!
Personally, I've been concentrating on developing trading methods based on common techniques (MAs, various indicators, price action, etc...). But outside of trading, I often use certain forms of divination, and there's no doubt in my mind it has been very effective for me, although I won't use it for trading decisions, as it doesn't always work out the way I'd like to (due to its often ambigous nature).
If someone can put together a method that works using astrology, then hats off. Due to astrology being based on the cyclical nature of the motion of planetary bodies, and since there are obviously cyclical parameters and phenomena in the markets (as the work of Gann is illustrating in such a fascinating way), it can surely be done, once one finds the right method.
I'm also very serious about trading.
So when someone can show me a newspaper headline that in effect reads:
"Psychic Wins Lottery"
then I will stop looking at MT4 charts and buy a Ouija board. In the meantime, I'll stick with TA.

This Ouija board isn't working so good this week. I need help! All the trades I made based on what they taught me in Economics class worked out, but I think I'm messing up all my hocus-pocus.
Maybe I should stop using the Ouija board and try using a 5 sided dungeons and dragons dice with a moon-phase stop loss. If I drink chicken blood, do you guys think this will work?

: Regarding the topic (I know, I try), if you use planetary "stuff" to signal a position in the market, arn't these signals very few and far between. I mean, how often do these things actually hint to you that something will happen? Does that make any sense?

They should give that witchdoctor a job on CNBC as head currency analyst. He'd fit right in!
A local witchdoctor threw some bones last night and he told me that because the bull's testicle landed on the monkey's paw there should a USD sell off but because the snakes tongue was covered by the crocodile's tooth and the Lion's nail fell next to the scopion's tail there should also be some USD buying. mmmmm
