The bottom is in on this pair, 1.0636 is the multi year bottom, barring some unexpected event like a world war or a breakup of the EU. {image} Stocks will be hitting all time highs. So the bottom is in. Not as accurate as Haines bottom, Mark called it like 1 or 2 days from the bottom. My call was several weeks later but here we are. Next stop in the 1.1777 area. But not right away. This week was a super huge flat top candle so some profit taking expected.

But no shorting for now unless you enjoy losing money. I am sure some will as they have a signal. My advise, keep shorts very short as you are against a powerful bull. Those on holiday like me, enjoy the time off. Life is too short to worry.

And how is he gonna do this?
If, then only the FED could influence the USD, but it won‘t work with rising interest rates this time as US debt is rising way too fast, besides the economy would not be able to cope with rising rates. For any kind of direct FX interventions the USD is currently way too expensive by any measure. According to OECD PPPs it is actually the most overvalued G10 currency after the CHF.
Everything else like commodity settlement in USD or external EM bond issuance in USD will certainly not change substantially in the near future.

1.1700 hit today. My new analysis is below:

This new high is still showing clear negative divergences with most indicators, AND price has completed the 5th wave since the start of this bull move in March. At most, I see a move to 1.1770 - 1.1800 to maximum wave 5 levels. After that, I'm expecting profit taking. It will either be a range-bound consolidation top, or the profit-taking could lead to a sharp pullback.

I will start selling shortly and definitely anywhere above 1.1750. See screenshot below:

Personally I think that we will reach 1.1835 tomorrow before a rebound to max 1.16 will take place starting Wednesday noon. That said, the 1.1730 is also a strong resistance in my analysis, however, we made 4 cents from the breakout at 1.10 before correction, so I would also expect 4 cents from the breakout at 1.14 before correction.

Think the market is right now forming a descending broadening wedge with higher chances of a breakout to the upside. EDIT after 25 mins: Breakout just took place.

Daily S/R Levels for Today

Bulls are in full control.. Not much left to 1.1755 and 1.1783 area in extension!

Nearest support area starts from 1.1618 and goes as deep as 1.1540!
