My eyes are only on USDCAD this week , could be a significant move if things go to plan. I still haven’t taken a single trade this month but this one could really be worth the wait.
Well well well. Today i took my first loss (£499). I sold USDCAD and was around £700 up at one point but i was so married to a bearish bias i did not see the signs of a reversal. I was tempted to quickly switch and jump in a buy but revenge trading is not part of my plan , staying detached from emotion is the most important thing. I now have just over 2 weeks to make 37% and hit my monthly Quota. Losses are part of the game and i love a challenge so lets see how it goes !

Unlucky bro, never revenge trade, unless it is part of your strategy.

Do you have to hit your quota this month? You made really good gains last month, that would be enough for 4 months quota, just a question really as you may take up a trade as you want to hit your quota
Your still up man big time. With high risk plays big losers are always on the table.

First two days back were tough , I was chasing a Euro short which never materialised. I ended up 6.7% down (£201) down by Wednesday close. Thursday I focused on a GBPCAD long and caught a good part of the move , over 35% for the day (£1100). Currently 30.56% up on my account. I am done for the week unless I see a particular move on the Euro today.

Sometimes i take small 20-40 pound risk 5 min scalps here and there. I won’t post about those here only serious plays.
I've been scalping the euro today, had success in the morning , at one stage £400 up. i got too emotional and im currently not doing great. will update at the end of the day.

Down 13% (£540) for the day. Ending the week on an 12% overall gain. Im really ashamed at how attached i got to this euro trade today , i had no strong analytical reason for taking it. An early scalp went well and i bagged £400 and got carried away. A 12% gain first week i should be pleased with but its never great knowing you could have ended with more.

Emotions , something i need to work on going forward. Next week i will be better. I am just happy im not ending the week negative as that was my main fear during the early parts of this week.
