I am in the UK and trade mainly the S&P these days and have been testing a demo platform with Pepperstone and FP Markets.
I was with Pepperstone in Australia for a few years and I always found their customer service quite good. Not so good now unfortunately, they do take many days for a reply which is coming from Cyprus.
FP Markets do not have a negative balance protection which puts me off.
So I thought I would do a search for a broker that may have higher charges but is not a so called bucket shop.
Dukascopy is one I am trying out now, on their website it says use of EA's are allowed, it was working fine for a few hours but now I am getting an error message saying EA's are not allowed. I have emailed customer support but wondered if any Dukascopy users here use EA's.
One thing I am not keen on is the £15 fee for a withdrawal. Not so bad if you are withdrawing a few 000 but if making regular smaller withdrawals it is not worth it.
