I here you! The majority of the people that have purchased are people that have been battered by trading scams. It's a sad world out there of people giving false promises. Everything on our site is accurate and represented as actual projections and results. we're soooo tired of people giving overdone promises on trading tool websites. We're all about being realistic in our trading and try to educate people in long-term forex trading.

Anyway, take your time demo testing! I want people to be sure of what they're using!
I just realized I am in the US with Oanda. For any one trading pair, you can only have one set lot size open at one time. You can't have two 0.01 lots open at the same time, for example. And if the max lot is 0.01 and MT4 minimum lot size to trade is 0.01 then all lots will always be 0.01 so which basically means with this EA each trading pair can only have open one 0.01 lot at a time and nothing more. A great limitation and this EA may not work unless there is a work around.

Any recommendations on reliaboe broker out of United States? Deposits and withdrawal both to be done from US bank. What's the tax implications if anyone is aware?
GBP/CAD won't even trade with Oanda as the spread runs around 5.5 to 7 pips on average. I would have to change the default settings of max spread of 5 pips to like 8 or 9 pips, but then perhaps that pair would not be near as profitable then.

There is a version of the EA in the thread that is free... But since the start of this thread - FF changed his status to commercial - so he started charging for the version that can be used in a live account... The EA is free to use in a Demo account to see if you like how it works...
I am taking the $24,000 challenge with the 5%ers: https://the5ers.com/. Gil Ben Hur (yes, just like the movie) runs that firm out of Israel. The ranger EA is perfect for that prop firm, except for the fact that the 5%ers requires a hard stop loss to appear in the terminal window for each and every position taken. I am experimenting with using the TM trade manager EA that I got from Lou at http://www.forextoolshed.com/ which has since closed; however you can still get his EA's for free now, instead of paying for them like I did several years ago. When I purchased the trade manager, he told me that it should not interfere with other EA's. You may know otherwise, as this pertains to your Ranger v2 EA.

So far, the TM trade manager EA appears to be putting a stop loss for each trade in the terminal window, but I only started testing this a few days ago, so I don't really have enough trades yet to be sure.

This should interest you, because this funding firm has relatively tight restrictions, but your Ranger v2 EA seems to be a very good fit for this firm, with the exception of the hard stop loss.

I would like to rent between 1 to 4 instances (1 now, and more later, one at a time) of your Ranger v2 EA. If I do, will I get credit from all the rentals towards the purchase of one full EA?

I also have 2 personal trading accounts, each having a leverage of 1: 1000. Does your Ranger EA Max itself out at 1:500? If I know the answer to that, I might be able to just increase the risk level for those accounts? By a factor of 2?

I have also paid to take the demo for the $100,000 FTMO challenge. Because they don't require a stop loss, and there is a $5,000 maximum daily drawdown, with a maximum $10,000 overall drawdown, I think that I can set the risk a little higher for that 1:100 leverage account. Do you have any thoughts on that?


My last question is whether or not I can simply turn off “AutoTrading” on the mt4 platform and trade manually or a few hours on the same account, but locally on my laptop. The Ranger EA resides on my VPS platform. I do use a basket trading EA on my laptop.

Well, now I see that this TM (TradeManager) method will not work in placing a stop-loss on each trade, as the Ranger V2 EA places multiple orders for a same pair, and the TM can only handle one trade at a time, and the 5%ers requirement is that the SL be placed within 5 minutes of the order opening. So this method will not work. Rats.

May I ask a question about this EA? I checked on the link provided by the Original Poster and I see that the EA is only available to download and use on Demo Account? Is this how it was supposed to work or did I miss something? I have no problem backtesting it/ forward testing it and demo testing it on a Demo Account and then if I get success moving on to Real Account but just had this question? Is this how it was intended? For free on the Demo account so that people can try it for themselves without any scam fears and then giving it a try on a real account with the paid monthly subscription?

And lastly, I see it was stated that:

The Ranger EA is capable of making 3-5% a month on a 500:1 leverage account!

The RMI EA Pro V4 is capable of making 3-6% a month on a 100:1 leverage account!

My account only supports 1:30 Leverage. Will this be an issue with the EA's performance? Should I expect less or having to start with a bigger account to make the same results? Thank you and have everyone a nice day!

I too am a little confused by this. It seems as though Ryan is focusing on the Ranger V2 as his main product, but I'm not sure. As for the BandBlaster and the RMI EA Pro V4, I don't know where to go to get more information. It seems Ryan is in several different FF areas, and they seem to overlap. There seems to be a website that is trying to lure you in to paying money to get Ryan's and other EA's, but not only is this nefarious and unfair to Ryan, it adds to the confusion. As far as your 1:30 leverage account, you should spend the time (as we all did, and it does take time) to look into other brokers. No one can recommend a broker here, because it violates the free FF rules. Google is your friend in this quest. But there are brokers with higher leverage. Why not try googling that for starters? You may have to fund your account with bitcoin, as many good brokers don't deal with US banks since the Panama Papers.

Hello, and please understand that I am not being unfriendly here, but you too need to do your own research per brokers, and certainly tax implications. The latter is ridiculously broad in scope and has nothing to do with EA's.

You need to chill a bit. We have done research, its just personal experience is most reliable and thus the ask. That's the purpose of forums where you DISCUSS and seek opinion from likeminded

As regards to Ryan, his EAs are awesome. What he asks is reasonable amount and all his EAs are performing well on real accounts. As for Blastband it did go rogue and thus has been updated into a better version and different name. Kindly try before you judge

Hi. Thanks for replying. Well, about the 1:30 leverage issue I think (or at least I thought, I may be wrong) that because I'm located within EU, there was a limit set at 1:30 for supposed protection of accounts for EU citizens. If I can still open an account with leverage higher than 1:30 within EU then yes I will search for it!

As far for the bot I'll give it a go on a demo account and see from there based on results

Son, you need to watch your mouth when you're speaking to your elders. You're a newbie. As I said, recommending brokers violates the FF rules. The purpose of this forum is to discuss the pertaining EA's, not help you go shopping for a broker. I said before I'm not trying to be unfriendly. Personal experience is something you gain on your own, like trust. It's not given to you. Those of us that have been trading for 20+ years are highly aware of the difficulty in sorting through the maze of broker selection, sometimes at great cost, and changes in recent laws, ad nausem. It's not a one-size-fits-all, and we (taking from you) are not about to give out hard-earned knowledge. Get on your tricycle and go around the block and see for yourself.

Hello. I have downloaded the Ranger EA V2 and installed it correctly on my MT4 platform. I have also activated the Auto Trading from Tools> Options and from Auto Trading button.
But when I open the Tester tab (ctrl+R) and pick the correct EA to backtest and forward test the EA, I use the correct symbol and timeframe period and click on Start, the test ends with no trades, no graph and no results. As if nothing run. I have tested all 3 different models and even on Every Tick Model, I get no results. Is there something I miss or I do wrong?

Hello dear trades. Cubbybgood, can I wipe out my account with this robot? I mean, I saw it is not using stop loss. I understand its philosophy not using sl. But is there any max loss limit kind of thing where I can be sure how much I can lose?
