WS, perhaps try this thread. I stopped following it some months back, so I'm not sure where the EA is at now, but I believe it started out as a Martingale EA. A lot of thought has been put into it.
Nonetheless, I would - at the very least - suggest exercising extreme caution in using Martingale money management. There is always the risk that position size will double to the point where it wipes out your account (aka the "death trade"). For that reason, I doubt that any pro traders would seriously consider using it.
I am not promoting but if your question is about best martingale, I get to know in another forum from my country that also using martingale EA.
