I´m long from 1.1334, but Euro is losing grip, I wonder if we are going to see 1.130 soon.

My SL got hit this night at 1.1244. 44 Pips Profit. TP would have been ~1.133 --> ~ 90 Pips more.
Still a little pissed.
Dust settled.
First trade short 1.1322. SL 1.1341. TP 1.1295.
Bet for daily close 1.13 (+/- 17 Pips).

I'm going to keep this short. 1.1328 is a strong resistance. I'd consider 1.1328 -1.1344 as a crucial level to cross for both bears and bulls. Market will retest 1.1328 and possibly to 1.1337. 4hr closes above 1.1328 will give more advantage to bulls but it's highly unlikely. As long as market stays above 1.13 bulls dont have any hurdles to move above 1.1350. IMO, trades above 1.13 unsustainable. DXY bounced off of a crucial monthly support, which makes eu vulnerable.

In 4hr it looks like a inverted H&S. It just started a right shoulder. Still we will see the consolidation 1.1340 -1.1240

We almost took out last weeks high... Two things are involved now... It's either we have made the high for this week or tomorrow last week's high will be taken out... Anyways bulls have upper hand for now. Next area to load longs is @ 1.127xx- 1.128xx.
I will update my entry later

H1 Status Update

During low volatility hours not much to do.. I am calling it a day..

  1. Tomorrow I will focus on a potential retest of nearest support sitting around 1.1288..
  2. But if bulls keep it up and achieve a candle close above 1.1311 I would look to hop in..
  3. However, a candle close below 1.1288 would mean we might face a deeper correction, maybe towards 1.1250/55 area..

Well, it depends if the AB=CD is a retracement of the trend itself, the minimal target of AB=CD is the 0.382 FIB from A to D, but it also depends on the trend on higher timeframes. I hope I was able to explain it good enough for you to understand it, otherwise, maybe I can try and explain it better in a video maybe or on another example.
