If you're using the Ranger EA V2, don't worry, these trades will close out. Try to be patient. People really have a hard time watching DD lol. DD has never exceeded -17% on the NZDCAD in my tests with the Ranger EA V2 in the past 10 years.

Just wondering are we use the same EA ? How come your trades closed but mine doesn't.

Yes, We're using the same EA. Some people didn't have a close out when I did only on demo account. As far as I know, only demo accounts didn't close out for profit on the NZDCAD. Still, every broker is slightly different so the results will very some one when trades enter and exit. Still, no need to worry here as you'll hit profit before long.

I also have the nzdcad sell still running on live account with ICmarkets broker, hope next week they will be closed..

You can download it here : https://www.bestfreeforexea.com/ranger-ea/

Copy the licence key you will need it to active the Ea in your demo account.

It is recommended to use the default setting, instructions are provided in the download.

It's true, my status was changed when I had my EA's free on my website about a year ago. I had an "OPTIONAL" donation button on my website and some A$$H$%& complained about it. It's basically what caused me to go down this more commercial rout here, my website and youtube channel. So to be honest, you can thank the community for me going down this rout. I fought so hard to keep my status here as not commercial but it was revoked because of the people. I gave away early versions of my EA to about 20k people before I was given a commercial status. So if FF wouldn't have given this status, I'm not sure if I would have ever gone down the path I did.

This is a comment from someone that has not tried my Ranger EA. I have people with $100k+ live accounts using it right now.

If you think this is an expensive EA for the results, you're in for a rude awakening in trading. ANY strategy/EA attempting at profiting more than 10% a month WILL eventually crash your account! I guarantee it. I've seen it with my strategies and others over the past 15 years and it's why I've turned my strategies/EA's to seek out a more conservative monthly profit. The Ranger EA's default settings make 5-10% a month which I think is the absolute maximum a strategy/EA should be looking for each month. Otherwise you risk blowing an account.

Here's an example, the Ruby EA picture below (not my EA) had a pretty long track-record but it was trying to profit more than a 20% average a month. You see, it just crashed big time! I see this all the time and it's because people are too greedy or just don't know any better when using trading tools. The Ruby EA is more expensive than my Ranger EA V2 and well... It blows accounts as you can see.

Trust me, the longer you keep thinking 5-10% a month isn't enough, the longer you'll It will take you to find something that works in the long-term when it comes to trading.

So I started offering this service for those that are on a budget. You can only use the copier on 1 demo or live account at a time. It can't be backtested. You can use the free demo to backtest if you want. Trades will be copied with a 1 second delay from the TradersWay account that's been running for over 6 months found here.

You can cancel the service at any time. The cool thing though is every payment you make will go towards a full copy version. So 12 $35 a month payments will get you a full copy of the EA. I do my best to be fair.

The only thing you can adjust in the copier settings is the risk. You can use standard risk or increase or decrease it.

It's up to you if you want to use the EA with a SL or not. The option is there and the strategy is still profitable using MANY different SL settings. I choose not to use one to give the strategy more space to breath. I also use very minimal risk on each trade to give myself enough margin to withstand larger DD's if they happen.

So this is for you to explore as I give traders this option but it's up to them if they feel inclined to use it.

Just looking for a little clarification. I've been reading all the posts on this thread (90 pages is alot!). I've installed the EA on my VPS running metatrader 4. At one point during the conversation here - it was mentioned that you need to install an INDICATOR as well. I simply ran the EXE off the website and followed the instructions in the PDF for Ranger V2. Is that all that needs to be done for the latest and greatest version?

Everything is done in a self-installer with the Ranger EA V2. I do this to make installation of he EA simple.

Yes, an old version was posted here back a long while ago. Keep in mind this is a very barebones version of the EA. Since it was posted here, it's been upgraded to the point of being 6X more profitable than ANY previous versions. So yes, I recommend using newer versions as they give a lot more potential profit! Also, I don't support ANY old "RMI EA" versions anymore when it comes to help and support.
