Such a trade journal allows you to evaluate how much control you have over yourself during the time:
- opening a position
- in the course of trading
- during position closing time

I make a trader's journal in excel format for one trading week - 5 days, from Monday to Friday. Personally, I find it more convenient to start not one big file, but to make exactly this split - by weeks. Then we put these weekly journals into a folder with the name of the month and put 12 folders with the names of months in one, as you have already guessed, the annual folder.
