Dont short until you see the market move down. I used to be really confused during huge rallies saying 'price is too high, i will sell' and it keeps going.

We are in an uptrend. There is no reason to sell a retracement until the retracement becomes a reversal. Charts will tell and confirm. No need to pick a top or bottom.

Cannot in good conscience short this although fundamentally it makes no sense.

Market retraced 100% pre-covid19 and in all my experience and years of trading, when it retraces so hard and deep, we continue the trend at least till full retracement @ 0.7029X handle.

Feels like it is a pressure on a lid waiting to pop. I'm definitely waiting to take shorts in at 0.7029 with tight stops all around though. We may be seeing a new trend altogether where the dollars is going to weaken.

It’s why I like to avoid Monday trading it’s always like this think of it as market sleeping it’s best to avoid because there is no liquidity therefore no direction .I made that mistake today with eur

You maybe right. Only one thing to look. If we dont see weekly close below 0.6930, then the It has another 200 pips to 0.72. Why it is? It is a weekly trend line touch and will definitely pull back and might go up to 0.69.
But here it is another scenario. If we this week close below 0.6930, then there is no above 0.70. Why? Because it has closed below Trend line.
For this weekly close below 0.6930 to occur, there should not be any daily close above 0.6992.

Lets see. Time will tell.

9660 dxy holding triple whether we go 292 depends on that break.

6930 is a good number. Though as its not shown weakness yet i can't place a short. My long term target below 40 still stands.

Good point. But the bullish momentum is weakening. Good decision to wait for a confirmation from your system though.
