{quote} Dear FuturePips, For the moment the system only allowed to test from end March till to date. Would it be possible if I wish to test earlier period? Say for year 2019. Thank you very much.

Our algorithm only appears for 5000 bars of the current chart. ( to prevent stuck metatrader ) So when you add to charts you can only look for 5000 bars from the present bar.

But there is a way to do this.

01. Go to Strategy Tester
02. Select Indicators not Expert Advisor
03. Select the Qsigma Trend Smart Indicator
04. Select currency pair that you need
05. Select the timeframe as 15
06. Select the time period you need to test
07. Tick the visual mode
08. Run the Tester

From this, you will able test years back.

tyvm. I wanted something like what he shows so I can watch for exhaustion in a move. See how deep or how shallow a pullback is.

Dear FuturePips,

IMO the most problem for msldin is "missed the up and down trend" which I feel the same. What can we do in order to improve our trading skill?

If taken either trade A will hit S/L. However there is profit exit signal before B.

There is without correction signal (blue dot) before B.

For my understanding I can enter base on signal B. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Today our gain is Negative. We lost about 1% of two currency pairs. We gain 0.5% from one currency pair. One trade is still running. Today is Monday. After the weekends most of the time Monday corrects their structure that already continued. So Monday a little bit hard to predict for some weeks. Due to this we increase the number of currency pairs of our portfolio but limit to maximum risk to 2%. Today each trade was executed using a 0.5% risk. We have done this because to diversify the portfolio. From that, we will able to limit the risk to some extent.

We did not take EurUsd trade because last Friday we lost the buy signal. Today also we considered this as the same losing impulse. Therefore we remove EurUsd from our portfolio for Buy Trades. Therefore we able to replace EurUsd with GbpUsd.

Thanks.

01.Would you please advise the best currency pairs to trade the strategy?

EurUsd and GbpUsd are the best currency pairs for this system. But you can trade any pair. It is ok. But these two pairs perform well with the market conditions.

02.advice the best SL to use for each pair?

Most currency pairs we are using 30pip stop loss.
For GBP crosses you can use 30pip or 45pip stop loss because of the high ATR values.

03.thoughts regarding money management

I will give you a detailed explanation in the future. I think that is better than a short answer.

I already explained the logic behind this algorithm. Please check it in the first post.

We will not measure the stronger or weakness of the impulse pattern. We give equal probability to every prediction. With the Exit strategy, we will try to predict not the stong/weak but the maximum impulsive point.

Thanks.

We cannot build a 100% perfect system. Same with our system. Our system will not able to catch some moves. It is natural. We have to sacrifice some good moves to build not only a better but also a safe system.

It is OK to missing profit rather than losing. Because missing profit will not affect equity or balance. But we tried our best to maximize the profits of entry trades from the system.

Thanks.

Then the first time you will able to see a difference from me. I told everywhere that I will never commercialize this algorithm.

With time number of downloads will reduce, Number of engagements will reduce. But I will keep updating even one remain here.

I will stop updating when everyone leaves this tread.

Hello, it looks like we need to refresh on a regular basis our charts because exit point are not painted correctly.
Look at these EURJPY charts (before and after refreshing), the first exit point repaint the second one didn't exist before :
