my goal is always to target a longer trend.
but this does not always work.
fortunately my system allows me to react immediately in the event of a trend change.
so I have an entry and exit strategy.

It might be a stretch to think copper will return to pre-covid levels. Horizontal line indicates where copper was before China's covid outbreak. It's certainly looking bullish.

He Ef, opened another short on the Dow, think this is not over, just my take, can only think the positions are for "what everyone is thinking" "back to normal" thing we are far from normal so expecting a shock, so, been here before and gotten it wrong, doesn't mean to say I'm right this time, I have sells on GJ & EJ, looking like they may be coming off their run, is there strategic play happening by taking cover in the Yen, also Gold may be moving, can onlty trade what I see and it hasn't been that good of late, all a punt, good luck and nice to hear from you,D

Looking for a close below 26075 for the Dow for a continued fall, seems the EJ & GJ could have ran out of steam
26273 resistance, break above here could negate my short.

Li, have the 1hr at the top of the boundaries, sometimes counts for nothing though, best placed for the short, 2 hr could have topped out too, 1hr 26 & 52 now together, chart displaying indecision typical, I need to go out but will monitor mobile, will show soon enough, thanks for posting,D

I wonder if anyone could help, I'm running a DDE link for a third party charting software, primarily for end of day data (EODD), however it can be used for intraday, the prices update very well however there is no volume being brought over, I've included a snapshot of the DDE bridge, maybe someone could give some ideas about what to put in the volume space (V), thanks, Detector

I have been intouch with the creator/vendor but no reply, it was always for EODD, the source of EODD would automatically import volume

everyone sometimes has lossy positions sometimes.
the point is to survive these bad trades, good money management is vital.

Absolutely, been very small with the lot sizes, had a few pips on the close making up a little of the losses, didn't print them, thought there was enough of my failures to be viewed, still fighting as always

yes, sometimes i also struggle with losing trades.
i can only benefit from the series.
This is because my hit rate more is good.
