Hello,
I just have a question here which came long time ago into my mind.
So let's choose for better understanding a simple example:
Let's say I am using a simple cross of moving averages as an alert. I use this alert for around 20pairs or more . So at MT4 I open 20 charts.
Now my question is would it be less cpu/ram consumption if I am using a dashboard who keeps monitoring the 20pairs for the simple cross of moving averages?
The optimal case would be that it keeps monitoring and I open the chart manually once the alert is poppin up and the conditions are met.
I just mentioned a simple system now but of course there could be more complex systems - more indicators. Therefore open too many charts could led to some lagging which is definitely not what we want. So I wonder if using a dashboard instead could be more efficient for my computer.
I would be grateful if somebody can help me
