Disliked{quote} I have a feeling they are just building up USD just so they can smack it back down on NFP Friday when Unemployment comes out. Edit: Cable is also past last weeks Range and is right at the 5 week average range. Looks like a good time and price to start to stall. Reversal coming? Pullback and continuation?Ignored

I didn't have time to capture those. Pretty much just open and close.

Disliked{quote} Two options: 1. Enter orders at 8.00 am some distance from the market. As the 15 minute bar develops just drag the orders closer and closer to the price. 2. Let you pc do the work. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} What about watching the M1 candle to close at 8:14 and then execute these two market orders at the time 8:14 candle closes at 8:14:59? Could this not be programmed in some way, if it’s that simple and only needs price opens to define the entry? So some kind of software that would open and adjust the orders according to these rules? Disliked{quote} It doesn't matter what time frame you use. The ea (software) is already programmed to do what you suggest. Forget messing around with different pairs - at that time of day stay with G/U.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks a lot Claudia, appreciate your kind help. Yes, that was one of the main reasons to me to find something I can try to gain consistently with by only trading one instrument for at least a few month.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I am amazed about the simplicity but still feel hard to believe this will be a game changer to me, if it would be that „easy“ to become profitable I wonder why there are a 90% of people still losing money and not everyone rich as hell. Yeah, will try. Nothing to lose for me anyways, can only become better lol.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Let me tell you why this sort of system works. London opens at 8.00 am and there are lots of orders from banks/institutions placed pre-market open. By around 8.15 most of these orders will have been filled giving direction. Hope that makes sense. Good luck.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Agreed - But wish people who post queries here about it would go for it - demo or small stakes. They would then get an idea of the simplicity and profitability of the approach. One get's tired of saying this, but you will never avoid losers, no matter how many indicators you have or whatever phase the moon is in. Wearing lucky socks or the same underpants for a week, do not increase your win rate. Statistics ( see Billy) and a managed money approach ( most regular posters here) are what matter overall. A simple example is, ' do you know...Ignored
Disliked{quote} You're right. The only way to learn is the hard way - as you say 'go for it'. Just as importantly, you have to make a system/strategy your own rather than trying to copying someone else. Look at how you're trading style has changed completely over the past few years. A lot of it comes back to one word. I won't say it but you know what I mean.Ignored
