Daily Boxes/Lines indicator

Has anyone discovered a method for placing a horizontal line in the middle of a Daily range? So, I can place lines at the top and bottom of a day's range, but has anyone discovered a way to include a 3rd horizontal line in the middle of that range?

Sorry, it's not currently possible with this indicator....... as far as I know.

You haven't provided screenshots of the settings you use, or explained the conditions under which you want the alerts to occur. Sorry, but I can't read your mind.

Also, I prefer to enhance the indicator only if the request is likely to benefit the community as a whole. The problem here is that everybody probably uses different parameter settings, and wants different types of alerts to to occur under different conditions. I don't want to create a situation where there are several different personalized versions of the indicator around. It is too unmanageable.

The indicator is of no use to me personally. I don't use it myself. I'm committed to developing LauraT's methodology nowadays.

And finally, push notifications are not possible unless the indicator is first converted from MQL4 build 509 to MQL4 build 600+. Push notifications were not available at the time the indicator was written. I might attempt to convert it at some future point, if I get some spare time. But I don't know how I could make the alerting generic enough to be useful to everybody. The indicator has a vast number of potential combos of settings, and it would amount to making a complicated indicator even more so.

sorry my bad,push notification is needed on break of the daily box,for example i use the daily box to break at 04:00 hours,the 1st 4h candle break the box.Thanks

very nice n useful indicator,
this is my screenshot of my setting below,my setting is FTZ2.
but can not adjust the time in 15 minute increment,i need to plot hi and low of the candle start at 7.45-8.00,but after try to adjust the nearest setting is 7.55 but still plot the 7.30 candle.
so how the right setting?

The numbers after the decimal point are in percentage points not minutes. 100/60mins

So 15min is represented by 0.25, 30 mins by 0.50 , 45mins by 0.75 etc.

So 7.55 is showing up as the 7.30 candle as it is the nearset 15min candle.

its working right now,with 7.75 and 8.0 setting.

IŽd like to create a weekly high/low range box (starting monday 00:00 until the fridayŽs close) on the daily chart. I tried to play with the indicator, but I wasnŽt able to create it. Could please anyone try to help me? It would be much appreciated.

you might want to try one of the session indi
set 1 of the session to your start and end time & delete the rest

Make sure D1 is entered in the visibility input box.

You wont get anything as the Box covers 23 hour range and you are viewing a 24 hour chart ?

Change your TF to H4 and you will see the boxes or change the settings as shown:

Note the Sunday candle & Friday candle does not work as they are beyond the settings allowed.

Yes, as said above it works in H4. My original request was how to let it work on daily. So, IŽd like to have a one week box (H/L for the week, Mon/Fri) on a daily chart. Is this possible at all?
This is my idea of how it should work. Right now I am drawing the boxes myself (manually).

Try this
set it to week & change colors to same on all three
