Hello everyone from sunny Portugal, hope all is well.
Tradings been on the back foot for me this week with other things going on, fortunately they are going a little better than my trades! I cannot believe how AUD pairs are still to this minute climbing. Anyone got any reasoning to think this will continue or are we finally, finally, coming to an end to AUD strength? There cant be that many stops left to take! I look forward to hearing some opinions on this, personally I think they'll be no downside now only long term ranging before possibly further moves up as its now up across the board against pre-coronavirus levels

I don't know what's fueling the run up.

I don know that on the 30 minute chart of AUD/JPY it's time to sell right now for me.

See the shark fin in the TDI indicator ? That tells me its a good time to sell.

Hi all, i have my charting laptop, yaaaaaaay

Chart below, Is Cable 00-00 4 hour area break.
i am using 1 hour bars , the Box is the 4 hour area R.

we have the 4 hour area, we place the ADR Lines AH & AL on the Highest and Lowest points.
these 2 lines are not exact adr area , just a few points out. But here to show.

Below, as price moves the 2 adr lines are adjusted to show adr

edit, the Low broke for approx 25 , then the High broke for approx 10. we are searching the Daily range, so far today it is another slow day.
The High break only made 10???? But it is the High yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Hi PC, you say Fail? the High didnt fail, it looks like it will be the actual High, ok 10 points isnt much.
Ok, lets say it did Fail, the low then broke , SHORT IT.
The 00-00 range of 28 plus high 10 = 38. minus that from the adr .
i forget what todays adr is, my 3 3 trade pcs are closed down, lets say 110 adr.

minus 38 from 110 = 72.... we have a potential 72 to play for.
its all numbers.
i want these fails ? to happen so i can show you

Billy I think you have a amazing forex system.

It's so simple and makes sense at the same time.

I wonder if a EA could be made out of it ?

That's a nice indicator, I think I saw it linked a couple pages back, evolulotion is key to survival. Im gonna take a look at it as maybe it can help with my new stratergy of counter trading, I need to build up some equity from the stop hunts/moves up to keep myself in the game right now. You don't seem to be using fractals much anymore?

the ADR is an average, i totally dislike averages but the adr and the daily pivot are an exception.

How many times do i post,, on a bad day Cable makes around 70 points/pips.
If we have an 00-00 range of 30/40 points we will have 40/30 points to play for, even with a fail we can gain

DONT FORGET, sometimes the mm will throw out a couple of rapid high/low/high,,, or low/high/low trades to screw us up.
But we can still play the day after, we must stick to the plan.

Billy... I am also trying to learn your methodology... I hope I can I need more Yaaaaaaay’s in my life
What was the trigger to close the 25 short and the 10 pips long rather than ride it out to potentially gain nearer the ADR?

Yep, we have to always have a plan.

Hi R, the first break is always harder to trade because we dont know how far it will travel.
Normally i will hunt half of the 00-00 range, so today i made 15 .(actually i cannot remember) but normally it is half.then close
Then when it breaks the other end i trade again, normally this is the better trade as it is easier, BUT NOT TODAY.
Normally i would just trade the second break or/and first and if it retraces just counter and add a trade....

also ,, but not today, with the second break i add onto a trade and use the money i have made to boost it up.

Dont forget guys, i originally used the adr to fix a failed 08-00 15 minute bar trade..
My main trade i want 5 points, and maybe a fail will have a minus 15/30 points,
so i recoup that loss and also make the +5%, with a fail i normally make more.
