Disliked{quote} In your screenshot, there are only two valid entries for HD. The red lines you drew was obviously wrong. It should never jump over any hills. It should be only the hill tops next to each other corresponding to the MACD diagram. {image}Ignored
DislikedAnd personally I find too much noise when trading H1 and lower. I have achieved much success trading H4 using H1 trend line break out entry with the direction of D1 trend. This is exactly the method introduced by Dan78 at the very first of this thread but on the higher time frame. This brings your total trading numbers way down but your success rate way higher. Good luck guys.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Interesting, I’m learning too. Do you scan for divergence only at D1 and then go to H1 for entry using trendline breakout method? What Indicator did you used in D1 to determine the trend direction?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I strictly follow Dan's method. Straight forward with no extra indicators for confirmation. The more filters you use, the more likely you'll get stopped out. D1 chart gives me the overall market direction. Then I will use H4 to find HD patterns with the direction of the market. Then I go down to H1 chart to draw a trend line and wait for the price to hit the entry level.Ignored
