Here's another AUDUSD chart illustration. Well, at least I provided a concise illustration... You know I could draw more subjective levels and say "Hey this is FL, MPL, BO, RT and et-cetera". But it's just endless decades of slaughtering~

DislikedInstead of running a foul mouth around on ForexFactory, I loved being objective (Sorry Charlatans, I know you can't stand me just like how I can't stand you either). Being rationale, and logical is central to pinpointing facts. (I am reinstating that not many traders here liked listening to an old grandpa nagging truth from a fact standpoint. Well they loved the false promises so be it but > here is some chart illustration for you to break the icing of confusion that you once had. If you can read this through, this is key). {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Seems to me that we are on the same page then. The reasoning as to why the MPL isn't holding were due to the nature of cyclical waves. Breakout, retested (Fresh orders became filled orders), Breakout and ??? Price would then look for unfilled orders. The filled zone will be left vulnerable to be consume and that is where most retails stop loss are. Hope it helps =)Ignored
Disliked{quote} Exactly, to simplify it the entire process goes like this; Breakout > Engulfed > Retest > Breakout > Reversals (On the lookout for past S/D zones dependent on whether the concurrent setup is bullish or bearish)Ignored
DislikedLet's suppose price breaks a major resistance zone and where the break occurs i have identified the flag limit that is formed. What is the hidden code within this flag limit that indicates that when price returns to this flag limit, it will not break it but will bounce from it?Ignored
Disliked{quote} I would go mostly on the approach to the level. If it engulfs the opposing flag limit. There is a "promise" for reach the target of the engulf before reaching the level you are trading. That is the principle of using this strategy many times and the reason why it is useful to analyze the approach of price rather than placing a limit order.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Just saw your comment about dissecting. Heres how I started to get better at dissecting a flag or kink. 1. Get Sali’s journal. Go through it. Try to deeply understand every post he makes. Ultimately try to create a document of your own that explains Sali’s method. You should be able to give your document to a beginner trader and they should have.l a descent grasp of the concepts. Any sections you can’t explain, means you need to study and practice that more 2. As you get an understanding, refine and test your ideas based on sali’s Trades....Ignored
