Been trying to figure out where most of the liquidity is? About the 655 or 645 level... it must be full of stops around these levels right now...

The move today in the morning London hours confused me.. i went short at 65.15 but failed to keep it for more than 20 pips. it was rather clear I thought that fed news were going to be bad, so was expecting an continuation up... so fo then this means that traders were fooled to make liquidity for the good traders??

Whom know what is going on here.. soon we have the AUD employment numbers in a few hours. Upside again to plus 65 would not surprise me at all...

above 8% and NAB are saying worst case three year recession and 30% property crash and hey maybe Aussie can hop the negative rates bandwagon sometime soon?

what happens when all majors are negative carries? i think we might find out sometime as cost of carry is a thing, maybe demand for non-majors will start to increase?

Good points! We will see the numbers soon, put a small short in place to have something in play during the news for some kind of scalp. Everyone talks about negative interest.. i really wonder what benefits i had as consumer of this after a few years of it? For sure my house loan is basically for free, but it does not matter as house price have sky rocketed... so an artificial way to increase inflation in my country... big banks earning big at loans as they could increase their spread as the intrest rest is so low so no consumer conplain ...and cross border swaps...

yeah banks should pay us to take a loan on a house.. it's upside down world!! haha

was looking at historical docs the other day, less than 100 years ago banks did offer short-term interest free loans on land, it was very NORMAL

my take pre AUD news was to buy long and short at 6452 with tp 6 pips each way, winner!

i'm flat aud/usd for now as it might start to push into low volume as bad bets unwind

6.2 unemployment and reducing covid restrictions seems like it might be semi good news, so they will probably sell it off

I said quite clearly last Thursday this was a pain trade going late into this week or maybe even later. No idea why I p*ssied out of the trade then.

Need to grow a bigger pair, I guess.
