the main problem is, by and large traders especially the newcomers don't know what's the difference between money and risk management.

the main deal is almost same , its all about to reduce risk percentage when trading in live.

to reduce risk i mostly avoid using high leverage which contains huge risk and during news i never trader , its my personal opinion , this two times i always scare when trading in practical.

That's a great point. Both are pretty risky behaviours and unfortunately a lot of traders, newbies especially, engage in them a lot.

Traders loose when they loose patience and want to become a millionaire within a short time frame. This is not the way how it works. You should be patient, determined and you need to have a lot of experience. You need to understand how the market works, what all factors effect markets. Above all these things, how you manage your capital and forming risk minimising strategies is very crucial.
Trading is not a one time thing, its as ongoing procedure, you learn it step by step.

Traders also lose due to scams, which are a huge problem in this industry. Last year Australians lost a shocking AUD $126 million to investment scams, 59% more than they did in 2018. The problem is only getting worse. If you don't know how to pick a properly regulated broker, you'll likely end up losing money with or without trading knowledge, unfortunately.

90%, 95%, whatever the number is, it shouldn't be that surprising. It is estimated that 90% of start-ups fail. Trading is no different.

Low barriers to entry. Anyone can open an account with a broker, deposit money, and start clicking buy & sell. If a large number of people read a few things online about brain surgery and were allowed to perform brain surgery right away with the incentive to earn as much as a doctor, imagine what the failure rate would be.

Because of the low barriers to entry, people underestimate how difficult trading actually is. People think they "figured it out" and know what they're doing early on, when in reality, they don't know much about the markets.

The high leverage doesn't help much either as it is a double-edged sword which can more likely hurt the uneducated (in trading) than help.

the big difference is demo trader and live trader
demo pff click as you want it is about nothing
real is something completely different

Everyone in trading comes to make a profit but when their dream is shattered they suffer a lot. They can't explain the pain in their minds to anyone. Trading is not an easy thing to do and I came out with a profit. If that were the case, then everyone would earn from trading. Trading invests a lot of people but if it is lost later, they lose from trading. And only 5% of people go from trading. And one day they introduced themselves as successful traders.

Successful trading is a combination of everything. Money management, risk management, psychology, poor analysis. You need all these to get success. A person can fail with a good strategy because of poor money management and emotions.
