You love a wedge PAMC on the 4 hour I think it’s found level 1 to downsize. I personally believe by only looking for sell setups and good money management you can afford to get it wrong because when it does become right you can add in and hit it hard.

The Low was a Fail as was the high , but I was playing the Daily Range, when it dropped I nailed it ( or part of it).
We had all those inside bars on the 4 hour as clues. It was going to go up or down .

Hopefully everyone is having a great weekend, or had a great weekend. I would to again like to talk about these 3 levels to new traders that want to use the jail break system. First off the very best entry is at the reversal, it doesn't get any better than that. When is the reversal ? normally anywhere from 350-1000 pips, It depends on the pair. If you've missed the reversal and a pair has began building the 1st level, and if a pair is moving up and so you know the direction which critical, you want to buy at the bottom of the box or better yet below the box. If you have 3 days of candles on the daily chart at the 1st level, draw the box from the bottom of the 1st candle and up and over to the right this will give you a good idea of where you can place your next entry. Most of the time you'll have 1 or 2 wicks that will be below the box. If you can get a entry into one of these wicks that's more than likely going to be a really good trade. Remember were trading with the " MM " so he's going to push this pair up just as soon as he has enough sellers trapped at the bottom or below the box. And this can and will be repeated by the " MM " at the 1st level probably 5-7 times on the daily chart passing up and down through the box and 4 times that on the 4 hour chart. Don't get caught doing a counter trade (sell) at the bottom of the box for 10 pips, it's not worth it. You'll lose money. Take it from me, I tried this and I lost money. If you want to do a counter trade place the trade above the box or at the top of the box in the early stage of the " MM " when he's building the level. If you do it late he might have enough traders trapped you might end up being one of the casualties. Now on the daily chart the 2nd level is going to last at least 10 days and as many as 22 days on average. Trade just like you did at the first stage, the range at the 2nd stage opens way up compared to the 1st stage because the " MM " is trapping or recruiting like a mad man. This is where you can make a lot of profit if the don't buy to soon. Let the " MM " push the price down anywhere from 50-75 pips below the bottom of the box. If you buy to soon you'll have to wait for the " MM " where you placed your entry and this could take days or a week or more, I'm guilty of this myself. Remember if you are stuck in a trade in a pair you have to wait on the " MM " to come back to you. If you have the margin and he's 50-75 pips or more below you, place another buy entry and punish the " MM ", make him pay for trapping you. The " MM " wants to bust you, he wants your account. That's how he makes a profit. The 3rd level will be similar to the 2nd level but you'll not see as much liquidity as you see in the 2nd level. The " MM " is preparing for the reversal and he's out to trap buyers now. So again when you place a buy trade make sure it's early in the box. If you want to do a counter trade which is a sell make sure it's very late and at the top of the box. So if he reverses you'll be going the correct direction right along with the " MM ". Before I started this thread I was on top of my trading, that's all I did was trade. I had no questions being asked or distractions. When you can concentrate 100% of your energy you can be as good as any trader. I once traded 23 straight days without have a loss or getting stuck. It was at the time I had a Oanda account and a employee at Oanda more than likely the account manager (the enemy) called me and told me that I was not staying in my trades long enough. I ask him how long do you recommend that I stay in my trades ? and he said for days, I said days ? How's that, I would get whip sawed in half. I ended up saying to him, I don't tell you how to trade so don't tell me how to trade, have a nice day. I closed my Oanda account two day later. So this is how I try to trade. It's not perfect and I'm not a perfect trader but I try to trade perfect on every trade I make. Make every trade like it's your last trade.

I think at GBPUSD it will not be long before it will go up again, I think in the range of 1.2300 perhaps around 1.2280 we will have reached the low point.
In any case, we are still in the long-term trend long.

It’s a old post that PC had said. I felt it was good to highlight again for those that missed it. A lot good gems in this thread a shame it doesn’t get the attention it once deserved. I recall you getting your confidence in trading via this thread.
