My advice is to look for a large UK based broker, anything else is IRRELEVANT.


I wasted time in this useless search for the "purest ECN broker".

I also wasted time reading fake reviews.

I realized that being with a market maker with NBP is actually better.
I don't want to risk more than my deposit.

But you only get negative balance when you over leverage, especially when you get a large weekend gap that's against your position. Ouch.

Hi
In my Opinion ECN accounts Are better which allows you to get spreads directly from the Liquidity Providers and brokers those who provide the Pure ECN Account are no Market Makers and would provide Spreads directly from the Liquidity Providers
In my View Market Makers Seek their Interest in you losses More you lose more is there Profit.
And Coming to Regulation ,
Brokers seek regulation as a way to increase banking security for customers.But , Regulated Brokers Restrict many Trading styles like hedging, scalping, news trading etc.

The simplest way to find yourself a good broker is by testing it on demo and only after you are satisfied go for real. The first step should be reading reviews and finding out if there are no major issues with the company. Although, it is impossible to get a 100% clean broker, as not everyone can be pleased, so we need to accept some cons. And shortlist some to check it out on demo account to find out the best.

Another way to find a good broker is to ask for recommendations from high impact traders here in forexfactory. I'm sure they've already tested a lot of brokers and already found the most reliable.

UK Broker under the FCA regulation offer best protection.

Dont get hung up on if ECN or not

OZ brokers also have good protection. Worth considering if you trade alot of Asia orientated fx (better spreads outside of majors, esp SGD (outside of USD SGD)

In my opinions when it comes to choosing a broker You should opt for a pure ECN Broker who Provide you Deepest Liquidity and tightest spread that to variable spreads, such brokers are reliable as they do not seek their interests in the traders loss or Profits . They are just concern with the commission they charge as per trade volume.

As a matter of fact we realize that we have to test their validity and unwavering quality for a broker. I know its so easy to have here realize what are their payment strategies and their consumer loyalty however its truly unsafe especially in the event that we are new. So better to likewise consider those more seasoned brokers and most imperative are that they have gatherings that we can have talk about their broker.

strange brokers are now mushrooming and they are fraudulent brokers, notice their website is very sketchy and the interface is similar.

How is Hotforex nowadays, compared to Tickmill?

I used to be with them 6 years ago but then switched to Tickmill. Now I want to spread out my money.

Roughly the same in terms of execution. Tickmill has lower commissions, but Hotforex is more "flexible" in terms of trading accounts. I also like that Hotforex supports direct withdrawal to BTC, very convenient for me. I use two different trading systems with them.
