Thanks, had my share of losses before this week, but that one made up well for a bunch of mistakes ... still thinking about your "rarely buying" statement. When I look into my account on the overall stats, I find I have overall 44 % of profitable shorts, which alone would put me well in the money and only 33% profitable longs which spoil all the fun. Maybe I have an issue with long trades, regardless of currencies ...

There's no perfect answer of course but I've always preferred selling.

Me too. Could have gotten 100, but who cares with 70 in the bank with an initial 15 pip sl. Want to sell, but it is foolish as there is no real setup, so all I can do is watch ...

Morning all from the Forest.
Cable 00-00 4 hour bar break, erm erm Low broke , i went short and it actually did Fail.
Now t e long part lol.
i stuck a counter, also got +5% but i also traded the 2 hour area break off seperate hour bars.
I know its confusing. But everything is now ok.

Hi SF

That trade I just posted is the only trades I'm taking now. What I should say that is my MAIN Trade. If it doesn't workout I have a method of pulling my losses back on the M1 chart.

If the MAIN setup works out that is pretty much me. I pack my bags and walk out of the pit. If it doesn't I have to work for the rest of the evening until I have chipped away and I'm even again.

I'm now aiming to go after ProfitFarmer's record for consecutive profitable days without a loss that he shared a while back in his journal.
