I remember seeing somewhere ( not sure where) that the RMI EA Pro V3.5 has to run on an ECN broker. Is that so or can it be any type of an MT4 account?

Yes, V8 will continue to be free for those that got it but V9 does implement the most changes the strategy and EA has seen since V2.

No SL was added to the default as I'm not a strong believer in a SL for this particular strategy. The settings do include a "Close at % loss" function in the inputs for those wanting a safty-net though.

Thanks for you hard work Cubbybgood, you deserve to be paid for such an excellent product. How many live accounts can I run if I buy a license I have 2 accounts with 2 different brokers.

You can run it on unlimited accounts using the license key you receive. You'll receive a new free license every 2.5 months. I do this to protect the EA.

I glad you like the RMI EA! Unfortunately, the (high risk) Pro version has had a rough couple weeks. This is the end of me pushing my EA's too hard. The RMI EA V9 is my ideal way to trade. The EA is consistent and makes a profit every month while keeping risk manageable. Yes, profit ranges on the the lower side of 3-7% for many, but for me, this is a lot of profit!

Hi cubby, thanks for your EAs. I am putting on demo the v8 and for now few trades but positive results. My questions is:
Since i see in the settings of v8 the serial number field, do i need also to receive a new serial number every 2 weeks?

V8 will always be free but you won't get to use the changes in V9 though.

your EA ia a grid startegy with 20pip delta. why shouldn't your EA burn the account like all grids?

This is the big question with ANY strategy grid or not isn't it? The reality is, ANY current winning strategy could start losing. It doesn't matter if it's a grid system, a SL system or a system that doesn't use a SL. All these systems or methodologies could start losing at any moment. This is the nature of trading. The markets change on a daily bases making it difficult for our strategies to adapt.

My RMI EA V9's risk management was calculated based on the worst of market times over a 10+ year period. No strategy/EA is bullet prove from losses but after spending 1000s of hours building and testing the RMI EA V9, I would say it's methodology is a strong and long-lasting.

I'm glad you wrote in! I found out there was a filter active that was blocking more than half the trades! This has being fixed! Everybody can now re-download the RMI EA V9 and it will take trades properly now!

i would agree. I've been running v7 for a few months on demo and it's been doing well, low dd and taking small, consistent chunks of profit out of the market. the account easily survived the whole covid19 initial turmoil, taking a moderate hit of its gains to date, but has since quickly bounced back to its pre-turmoil equity levels. This is a good stress test - and it passed, instills in me a lot of faith in this system, and the confidence to run it live
