BULLISH CONTINUATION ON AUDUSD

Here is a trade we recently took on AUDUSD, all the necessary details are below and a video will be added on tradingview soon.

A solid bullish continuation lining up with decent bullish potential.

4H: Bullish momentum with some relief in the last 4 candles
1H: Bullish continuation leading to 61.8% and support level
5M: Bullish reversal contraction

While the AUDUSD buy was a success (not till TP) we decided to take profit and go short for now while the bigger picture (1H) pattern builds.

Thus we took profit buying, now we are selling but ready to go long again.

price reached the 50% and EURUSD and other USD pairs are showing USD weakness. so im done with selling and going long again with the major 1H bullish continuation

AUDUSD SHORT POSITION

The details of the short position

4H: We have bearish momentum with price below both the 13 ema and the middle of the DC while we just also made a RETEST of 13 ema

1H: We created an indecision candle on the 1H right at the 38.2% of pattern high and low, while ultimately making a contraction continuation too

10M: BREAKOUT! and retest... just perfect!

1H AUDUSD EDUCATIONAL POST

As you can see, price finds resistance at the 38.2% of recent high to low and creates a reversal candle (an indecision candle), then break out of the trendline (close) would signal an entry if you didn't act on the indecision candle at 38.2% which is supported by the 13EMA on 4H and a resistance (seen in the video above)

The trades are:

EURUSD SELL
4H: Bearish momentum with decent rejections at this level, which is also a resistance
1H: Bearish continuation finding resistance at 38.2% and that lines up with a resistance level. We also have solid rejection candles
10M: Might indicate a bullish push but not 100% sure

USDJPY BUY
I also bought USDJPY because of the sentimental weakness from what the prime minister said overnight, but also because we have clear buying indications
4H: Bullish momentum

1H: Retest of 5ema which might indicate strong bullish momentum on the short term side
10M: BUllish continuation pattern


DAX BUY
Final trade for the morning from me is DAX BUY
4H: Bullish momentum and breakout of DC
1H: Strong bullish momentum rejecting 5ema
10M: bullish contraction
As you can see im targetting the current resistance on 4H as my TP giving me a crazy good RR
