GBPUSD - 1.19500.Target.

EURUSD - 1.09000. Target.

Hi Triezer,

Thank you for your kind words. Indonesia is one hour behind us.. and yes we are neighbours and I usually go to Bintan Villa Resorts to relax... places like Canopi, Bayan tree and Montigo Resort. 50 mins by ferry.. really nice place..

I trade Gold when I think its going to make a move.

Here's what I think is going on.

I think gold is going higher because right now the Dow is a bear market.

I think we will hit the low on the Dow some time in the month of May, or possible the month of June.

So now I wait.

Hi Everyone,
I have been following this thread since the beginning, but never posted until now.
First, a big thank you to Poker Chip for starting the thread and sharing his exceptionally successful strategy. It is awesome!
Second, a big thank you to all the participants who post & share their trades; Trader Ron, pamc, Billytt, prozor7 and others.
Third, what I really want to cover in this post.
If you call yourself a trader and you are clicking the mouse every time that PC and/or other traders post a trade. Then you are really not a trader. Everyone should mark up a chart according to PC's rules and then cross reference that against what PC has posted. That means you actually learn the strategy for yourself.
Then, turn off FF and demo the strategy for 2 weeks on your own efforts & merits.
Next, everyone should be tracking their trades to determine how well you are executing the strategy. If you are not tracking your numbers and reviewing them on a daily & weekly bases. Then simply you are not a trader! This is exactly what the pro's & full time traders are doing. How do you know what needs to be fixed, if you are not tracking?
So, what should I be tracking you ask. There are a few key things that should be tracked and additional ones, also. These are a good starting point.
1- Win-rate
2- Loss-rate
3- Average-win
4- Average-Loss
5- Risk of Ruin (should equal zero)
6- Draw down
Next, big question; How do I track these numbers? Thanks for asking!
There are several indicators that will provide some of the information and I will upload one here.
But I personally like fx blue, as it provides a one stop shop for all your statistical information. Take the time to learn how to use this site and it will pay off 100 fold to your success as a real trader.

After all of this you can go back to FF and post your ideas on trades along side of PC and his quorum of traders with the confidence that you have started your learning experience as a trader on the right thread.
If you choose not to pay any attention to this post, then you can just hop to the next, next & next thread.
But if you heed this information, it will pay off in spades.

First off thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I know you mean well and everyone has their own way of learning and speed. This thread has a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere and your point blank steps may or may not be construed as a bit hostile. Just a word to the wise. that's it.

There is one thing though- Please immediately remove the external links- those looks to be commercial entities- and many a good thread have been banished to commercial sections for less- even discussing about a 3rd party website.The last thing i want to see is Jail Break thread being punished for no reason whatsoever.

So kindly remove the links and any information pointing towards them. If people want to find out, they will do so on their own volition and can easily find the links when needed.

So im fairly new to this strategy, is this a good example? with the high volatility at the moment I couldn't find as many examples as I was expecting. But anyway if Im understanding correctly Im now looking for a 4h candle to close outside this box to show me the next move for USDJPY?

I'm sorry about not posting a updated chart for USD/JPY. I have shirked my duties today.
We had a major problem here at the Poker Chip home today. We ran out of Blue Bell Ice Cream today. So everything had to come to a halt.
