I really like the simplicity of the strategy and having watched it for a couple of days it looks promising. I use cTrader and have created an indicator for the platform that renders the numbers and entry point based on what I understand so far. I would like to clarify one thing though. You mentioned a few times about the size of the 4th bar relative to the preceding bars. I remember reading something about it shouldn't be bigger than the preceding bars in the pattern. Could you clarify that a bit more please. For example did you mean the range (hi - lo) of the 4th bar should not be bigger than any of the preceding three or bigger than the total range (highest hi to lowest lo) of the preceding three bars.
Here is the GBP/USD 15M time frame with one short trade marked on the 5th candle closing lower than the 4th one. There is another short trade at the top on the chart just before the area where the bands squeeze together. Not sure if this chart will load.
can any one do a previous daily high low indicator that plots like this but shows on h4 chart aswell? I need to see multiple previous days high low like in picture
