Disliked{quote} Thats the good stuff right there, nice work! Anything you noticed while looking at all those trades? any patterns, certain circumstances that made the trades better? That's usually where the juice is If the edge is good enough as is you can trade it like this, just doing the best pairs might be enough for a prolonged edge. But usually when looking at a lot of trades you start to notice 'stuff' that makes certain trades a lot better over others, and then you can either increase equity on those trades....Ignored
DislikedMoTuBo_EA Version 1.0 Hi guys, Here's the first version of my EA for this strategy, which I have cued up for all pairs for this week to see how it goes. I've tested with the defaults and all is OK. I can't speak for all of the other options, but I will spend some time testing those in isolation shortly and make any necessary adjustments. By default: Entry is at 15% of range. Stop is at 50% of range. TP is 1 x Stop. Risk is 1% of the account balance per trade. The parameters ought to be fairly self-explanatory, but feel free to ask if you have any...Ignored

DislikedThis is the EA I'm going with next week. It worked ok last week. I have added an auto close for Friday 20 hours and a CloseAll button. The 5/20 is configurable in the Global Variables or should be. Its not easy testing this type of EA that only runs once. It made a profit last week so lets hope this week is as good. The % break is also configurable but set initially at 15%. You should set this up before Wednesday morning. It won't do anything until the clock ticks over to the new day Good Hunting {file}Ignored
DislikedHowdy, Erebus guided me to this thread, and his passion for this trading method was over 9000 - I checked it out and decided to make some tools for him ready for when he gets his computer going. For me - it is 2 birds with one stone, as I have an extensive trade library that I needed to do some work on, so I used this trading strategy as a "guinea pig" for developing the library - since it is nice and mechanical. There seems to be some EA's n things being passed around in this thread, so I am a bit late to the party, but to my understanding most...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi, it's all today and yesterday that I try to insert your expert but it doesn't open pending orders. can you help me?Ignored

Disliked{quote} Mine is working ok now its Wednesday. Have you got a smiley face top right corner. All 26 pairs have Pending or now actual orders running. Can you also see the button to CloseALLIgnored
Disliked{quote} Thanks for the Ea. I initially tried the Ea before commencement of Wednesday trading and the ea drew 2 lines on the chart and I had to remove it. I later attached the Ea on the chart few minutes into Wednesday's trading, only USDCHF trade was triggered and is already in profit before I left home. From the my little test, I discovered that to use the Ea, one must either use VPS or allow ones' PC to remain on for some hours. My question, must one attache the ea to individual chart? Thanks for always willing to helpIgnored
Disliked{quote} Smiley face, and I see all the lines but the pendants don't start. Yesterday as soon as I entered the expert, some graphs started but then nothing more. Disliked{quote} In the terminal section look in the Experts and Journal to see if there are any errors. Something looks like it may be working as it says Orders 7 on the top. How many charts have you opened with the ea on. Also there is an option on the chart properties to show object descriptions. Right clk on Chart and select properties. select common and last one is the option.Ignored

Disliked{quote} I'm sorry but if you are using the latest version, which looks like you are, then it should work.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Actually there was. I noticed that a good number of times price went back to the 50% SL almost to the pip....or very close. It might be helpful to use 55% of the range as your SL. If this adjust the TP a little shorter than 1:1 than that's ok because I seen the same thing with the TP......a little closer might be helpful. In hind sight I wish I would have written down the dates of all the SL's and went back to look at the charts on those days and look at the economic calendar as well to see if there was any correlation. I knew going into...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't understand how it is possible. It is not the first expert I use. Yesterday, as soon as I entered the chart, the expert put all pending orders on me. But then I saw that it was not working on certain assets and I decided to cancel everything. Maybe it has remained in memory and is unable to open orders?Ignored
Disliked{quote} ah very nice, exactly the kind of patterns I was talking about, good stuff And yeah, inputting all data in excel is timeconsuming, but then you can do a lot more stuff with the data once you find new angles. Ofcourse the 'easiest' way to do this is to import tick or 1m data and let excel do all the analysis, but setting this up for a new strategy is still quite time consuming even with good excell skills, and this way you don't have the advantage of gaining new insights just from seeing hundreds of trades. For example normally when I research...Ignored
