Hello there,
I'm trying to find the answer to a Gann Swing related question and wondered whether anyone here would be kind enough to comment on my question. In the screenshot below, there is a swing high, followed by an inside bar (A) followed by bar (B). Bar (A) and (B) have exactly the same high but bar (B) has a lower low than bar (A). The four Gann bar types that I have read about are higher (HH,HL), lower (LH,LL) inside (LH,HL) and outside (HH,LL). The relationship of bar (B) to bar (A) is none of these four types.
If I was to accept an outside bar as having a high that is greater than or equal to the preceding high, then bar (B) could be deemed an outside bar. However, as bar (B) has a lower low, the more flexible "less than or equal to" the high could also be applied to the "lower" bar relationship. So, my question is, how would an experienced Gann analyst view bar (B)? I don't think I can ignore it but, I'm not sure whether it can be classified as a "loose" outside bar or a "loose" lower bar.

Thank you very much for replying! The Gann Style chart looks fantastic. I Googled the name but couldn't find a reference to it. If you could provide details of the supplier, that would be awesome

EURUSD Weekly
The EUR has been (and still is) in a long term down trend. However, make note of the current low. I've taken a long position on the cross back above the previous low. If the upcoming resistance holds, I'm out. However just wanted to point out that this is a pretty strong low.
