Hello Genry, Nice to see you here again

I should clarify a couple of things.
The hedge trader EA I posted here
https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...3#post12701403

It only saves time and reduces slippage if you are closing all the trades in a single currency pair as a hedged basket.

If we close the hedge order on its own
OR if we close all the opposite trades separately from the hedge order
( thinking to take profit on 1 side and recover the losing side later),
then we will incur the hedging order costs.

By the way, I added the hedging subroutine to my basket trader EA's because sometimes there are many open trades in 1 currency
and it takes a while for trades to close. Using this technique, the profit is locked in and the trades can close slowly.

Here is another that can be used like quantum on the 1 min.
I use it on the 1 min with bollinger. I trade until opposite signal or signinficant break of mid bb.
Play with the settings.Default does not look impressive iam using 28 instead of 14 and fulks calculation.

seems safer as get good trends but you have an early exit via mid bb.

Yes, you can put all 3 Quantum indicators from the message above.
Change the settings a little: one indicator is stricter, and the rest are in the direction of increasing signals.
But the direction of the trend, Quantum and sequential should coincide and not strongly depart from the primary signal for a reversal.
Or you can focus on removing prices from MA.
But! The golden rule of MA trading: it is always better to trade price movement from MA than the convergence of price and MA.

Hi Genry,

I do hope that you are in good health. I am here after a long time. I was keen to re-connect with your EA as I have good 5 years data with 99.9% clarity to test. Its good to see new indicators. If you could guide me with the latest EA to test with, then I will be thankful to you. Any zip file with all indicators and the EA combined would help me add some tested set file for all the followers.
