The element to criticize is not the "old ways" but all sorts of "complicated" ways. After all these years of trading I still stick to this one core philosophy as it would be expected from any trader who claims himself to be successful. Which is: Don't complicate, simplify! If you do, in the long run, it won't matter what kind of old-way indicators you use. Majority of your orders will be constantly profitable. My two cents

I had a brief exchange with you in another thread, regarding indicators. It is clear that you are popping up all over the show and discreetly may I say, showing your dislike in indicators. We are traders from all walks of life and all have our own trading style. If you have something different to show which will take away the need for indicators, please start your own thread and I will gladly follow.

This post once again reminds me of my headbutting, losing streak, cut my pulse, sell the house days. Patience is of utmost importance in forex. If you have a losing streak ..... wait wait wait. Top down analysis will get you back in where you want to be. Ranging periods are losing streaks and if you can scalp you could probably stay in. My motto is, trade small to trade another day. There is no get rich quick scheme in forex. Money makes money. You trade peanuts you must expect to make peanuts, simple as that. You trade with a gold coin expect to make gold coins, but also expect to lose your gold coin.

Yes, the Fed will do something, but neither will the ECB aside.
Also, Europe is more exposed to the virus and the wave of refugees again.
Further growth of the Euro would be really unusual.

IMO Europe is out of bullets re: rates and they're showing some signs of economic life.

I think we go higher - not through the roof higher - but higher. I like 1.1150 in the not to distant future. Then I'm going all in short from there.

Already picked up 18 pips on 1 lot. Taking the wife out for dinner and a movie.

I was hearing something that the EUR is being taken up as a carry trade. Which makes about the only sense I can see for its strength. Being borrowed heavily to purchase these depressed assets??

I also do not see this as sustainable but who am I to fight a trend. Enjoy the ride longs. Congrats.

Hi friends ... I hope we start a week of good analysis.
Given the Fibonacci levels H4 and the shape of the candlesticks in the H1TF and possibly the gap it created, maybe looking at the right environment in M15 TF and the Cross in M5, the downside scenario would be appropriate. The upstart environment continues to be the opposite of going into a sales position.
So don't forget to manage your capital and exit on time.
