You are absolutely correct. 100% scam broker.

EXNESS might not be the best forex broker around but as long as EXNESS remains regulated by CySEC I trust it. The reason I say this is that I had a broker regulated by CySEC that went bankrupt and I got all my money back within three months.

Hello Exness,

Can you please explain why my STOP LOSS which was 30 Pips away from current market price was hit on your server time 2019-12-26 22:05:23 when the GBP/USD prices was 1.29981 1.2999 and my STOP LOSS was at 1.30220 , 1.30300 which 30 pips away .



I am unable to get a satisfactory answer from you support .

Please help resolve.

What on earth will make a mt4 platform running on profit be force close by the broker and have original deposit and profit wipe off with no good explanation from the broker .i want to know possible reasons to this and what I should do in this case .

FPA scam alert might be a good place to start. Are you screen recording everything you see? Not really any good reason for these things to happen, but good proof is a good way of getting a half-decent broker to reverse such poor decisions.

CySec is better than FPA for reimbursing customers in a timely manner. I had a bust broker with both. Notesco Financial Services Ltd is the owner of IronFx and there is an ongoing investigation regarding that company.

  1. Your client agreement (as well as the partnership agreement, if applicable) with the company will cease to be valid on the 18th of February 2020 and it will not be possible to open any new positions after this date.
  2. You must close any positions that you have open by the 18th of February 2020. In the event that any positions are still open on this date, they will be automatically closed by the company at the prevailing market price.
  3. If your account balance is positive after all positions are closed, you should make a request to withdraw your funds.
