Enclosed is a D completion I have taken this evening. I don't normally trade after hours on the YM, but there is a fundamental reason to. Until the Chinese government lifts the no short selling on the Shanghai stock exchange, which is open from 8:30pm - 10:30am New York time (morning session), that market is going up during the Asian session. Blue circle is a 90 point move right at the open of Shanghai, plus some green news helped. Going to hold this until the close, then exit at 10:30pm, as I would expect Europe correct back into a bearish scenario....

The 5 setting is the trend threshold and is how far you want the next bar to print compared to the previous bar. I take this 1/2 way back, thus the 10/5 setting, to create a mean or median renko bar. I like it because it really removes the noise and smooths out the price action. If you were to select 0 for the trend threshold, it would start the next brick at the close of the prior. Just depends on how you like to view it.
