Morning All

I keep getting drawn to this thread as it makes a lot of sense, but never can really get my head around where to enter and exit.

It looks to me like the EurUsd h4 is in the first level so would I enter long here or wait until it leaves the upper part of the box?

Or have I got it completely wrong

OK lets start afresh! You have the R reversal at top, then level 1, 2, 3. There is expected another move down to bottom R prior to 1st level up. Look at the daily also to confirm. We are at level 3 now. As for entry, following confirmation where/ what level we are at, and PA gives R, thats a good entry point. If u wait for further confirmation at level 1, trade off the lower 15mins/1hr, pullback at value.Look for bottom wick, stop hunts below. You can of course wait for break out of the level box, but leaving pips on table. depends on you there. Its important to recognise where you are in the socalled tren off the daily. Does it have more room to go, i.e. daily 3 level and then some for R. Look left on daily for clues.

edit: correction we have had R and is building 1st level up. nows as goo a time as any

keep it simple
if you believe that price is going up than enter @ bottom of the box
if you believe that price is going down than enter @ top of the box

you have to defend yours believes with money - than you have to ask yourself hardest question: HOW MUCH I'M WILLING TO LOSE?

Entering at the opposite side of the box makes perfect sense.

I always thought there were only 3 levels between reversals and not 4, I'll have to re-draw by boxes
