Looking to enter cycle 2 on the 10K account.

Notice most use a 2 OG SL except one symbol which has 1.5 OG SL ... this is just my personal choice.

I am already trading the USDCHF pair on the 10K account so its out, although its nice to see another Quad Long pattern.

Notice how an entry of 0.1 lots is shown ... however, I am governed by maximum trading volume across the account of 1.5 lots so I need to monitor this especially with pending orders already set on cycle 1. If trades are taken to BE+pips then I reserve the right to increase trading volume by this amount.

Likely that first entry on cycle 2 will be 0.05 lots.

Question remains though ... Which symbol shall I trade ?

A big mover ... check the ADR | AWR | AMR values as shown on the Quad Candle Dashboard screenshots.

So plan might be to trade lower relative volume on a 'bigger mover' ... does this make sense ?

GBPCHF [QCS Master 10K]

Cycle 2 now active

Market Entry [1] @ 0.05 lots (initial risk ~ 1.26% of account equity)
Buy Stop [2] @ 0.07 lots
Buy Stop [3] @ 0.09 lots.

Only 3 trades so far for this symbol.

Lets make some coin !

Welcome aboard.

Yes plenty of factors to consider.

After performing a potential trade setup its a case of trade it now, trade it later or don't trade it at all.

D1 TF coupled with strict risk control will get you a long way in this business.

The rest is up to you.

Another potential setup, which caught my eye is with EURCHF. I believe that the Swiss frank is loosing momentum across the board.

If todays D1 bar ends bullish then certainly a Quad Long pattern is valid.

Traders are welcome to show their own real accounts trading the QCS methodology if they wish.

Based on past experience I doubt very much that any trader will ... prove me wrong !

The problem called "Sunday candle"
This can distort the trading system performance (are there any rules about it?)
As you can see from my chart (although many brokers provide this "thing"), there is completely valid candle on Sunday. And yes, this is real account with real trade taken.

I am aware of the 'Sunday candle'.

Guideline is as follows:

1. Trade setups according to your preferred brokers datafeed;

2. Quad pattern is valid if it follows the defined layout as in 2 up and 2 down or 2 down and 2 up provided all bars are refreshed and not missing any data;

3. Apply the QCS template to a non Sunday candle data feed and trade this setup from your own preferred broker; or

4. Use a broker with a 5pm EST NY close data feed.

Note that a valid Quad is only a small part of taking the trade meaning all other analysis must be performed prior to trade engagement such that confluence is attained.

My preference is #4.
