Maybe I am wrong but as far as I can remember I have read on some analyst report a month or two ago, he expected the USD to go down when the deal is signed.
His reason was that when the trade war started, the USD got stonger as people was looking at it as a safehaven. Now that the deal is signed, there is less risk and people now start moving into the more riskier currencies. That would mean in theory that USD pairs would favour selling the USD.
However, there are so many different factors at play between different USD pairs that you probably shouldn't apply the same logic across all of them. Therefore, I suggest following Kette's advice - trade what you see.
